To ensure the best experience with WhatsBoard's QR-based WhatsApp integration, we recommend following these guidelines:

Dedicated Device Setup

• Use a dedicated phone exclusively for WhatsBoard's WhatsApp integration
• Avoid running other apps or features while the integration is active

Device Settings

• Disable all power-saving modes on your device
• Configure WhatsApp to run in background mode
• Keep your device connected to both Wi-Fi and mobile data (4G) for network redundancy
• Ensure your device remains plugged into a power source

Maintenance Requirements
